FIBA Basketball World Cup Youth Leadership Program
We were commissioned by FIBA Foundation to develop the official community engagement program for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, and facilitate training and mentoring for the Youth Leaders delivering the program across Japan, Indonesia and the Philippines.
The #BasketballForGood program uses the World Cup mascot “JIP” and a bespoke set of inclusive basketball activities to educate children about sustainability by becoming ‘recycling heroes’ in their communities. The program also seeks to teach cultural awareness of the participating nations in the FIBA Basketball World Cup to maximise fan engagement.

Table Tennis Australia: Membership Model Review
As Australians seek more flexible, social-focused sport experiences, it's vital that the membership products offered by sports reflect the wants of their community and futureproof grassroots clubs.
We were engaged by TTA to facilitate a national review of the membership model for Table Tennis in Australia, working with stakeholders across the sport's federated model.

FIBA Foundation: Basketball For Good Health & Wellbeing Playbook
After the success of the recycling-focused program created for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, we partnered with FIBA again to create a Health and Wellbeing chapter for their Basketball For Good Playbook.
The curriculum features 15 engaging activities mapped to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals with topics including healthy eating, mental wellbeing, reducing NCDs, hygiene and promoting physical activity.

Netball Australia: NetSetGO Program Review & Innovation Project
We teamed up with Netball Australia to co-design, deliver and evaluate a series of five pilot programs for their entry-level program ‘NetSetGO’.
The programs trialled new and modified delivery formats, and empowered adolescent coaches and their clubs through educational resources.

FIBA: Capability-Building Workshops
We worked with FIBA to create and facilitate a series of six workshops for 20 National Federations across Oceania and SE Asia, focused on teaching and developing a Mini Basketball Program that includes basketball as a tool for social change.
The interactive forums also guided development staff on how to unify stakeholders and amplify the Mini Basketball activities in their respective countries to strengthen their social impact.
The program has since been rolled out in the Americas, with 19 national federations from the Caribbean represented.

Jr. NBA x MOJO: Curriculum Design
We teamed up with MOJO to design a suite of fun, developmentally-appropriate activities and practice plans for their market-leading coaching app, which would go on to become the Jr. NBA curriculum.
MOJO's mission is to empower young athletes everywhere and make sports more fun for everyone - one kid, one coach, one family, one team at a time.

Netball NSW: Schools Curriculum
Netball NSW were seeking a new, refreshed curriculum for schools that enhanced students' affiliation to the two SSN teams NSW Swifts and GWS Giants, and included a social impact / life skills component.
Our answer: the 'Netball in Schools' resource, which embeds a Value of The Day and team branding across a revised suite of fun and inclusive activities and lesson plans, all mapped to the Australian HPE Curriculum.

The LOTE Agency: AFL Next Generation Academy Strategic Review and Workshops
We were engaged by The LOTE Agency to support their strategic review of the AFL's Next Generation Academy program and opportunities for AFL clubs to improve their engagement of culturally-diverse communities through this initiative.
We designed and facilitated two bespoke in-person workshops for Victorian AFL Clubs and key stakeholders, leading with curiosity to discover the primary challenges impacting upon clubs and community respectively, and providing guidance to the AFL on implications for future program delivery.

FIBA: Seychelles PE Teacher Workshops
We were commissioned by FIBA Foundation to facilitate training on the newly created Basketball For Good Playbook's Health and Wellbeing chapter to 48 PE Teachers from across the Seychelles, and a group of local Youth Leaders in charge of driving community engagement with the program.

CLB 3X3: '3X3 Ready'
We teamed up with CLB3X3 to create the '3X3 Ready' program, which aims to provide cost-effective opportunities for young players to be active and involved in the sport of 3X3 Basketball, with a life skills learning component.

Netball Australia: 'One Netball Tonga' Program Co-Design
Netball Australia commissioned us to lead the co-design phase of their One Netball Tonga program - a suite of initiatives enabling Tongan communities to experience lifelong enjoyment, social inclusion and improved physical health through netball.

Norths Basketball: Member Experience Review
Northern Suburbs Basketball Association commissioned us to engage their staff and members about ways they could improve their member experience, and to develop a new partnership deck.
In February 2022, NSBA launched their revamped and developmentally-appropriate Under 8s competition using modified rules and a 3X3 format.

We compiled a report for the Central Coast Basketball Executive to guide their strategic planning process, merging insights from local, macro and sport-specific trends.

HIIT The Court
We developed ‘HIIT The Court’ as a blend of functional HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and 3x3 Basketball, to support basketball clubs to adapt to the drop-out from organised competition in adolescence and young adulthood.
